By purchasing anything from this website you are expected to have read and accept these terms and conditions:

Terms and conditions are in accordance with Australian law.

If a returned product is found to be faulty or damaged due to no fault of the purchaser within 30 days, the product will be replaced and posted free of charge.

Any faulty goods on arrival must be reported within 30 days of order date to email: healingjourneyclothing@gmail.com with proof of purchase supplied.

Any damage caused by postage to goods purchased from Healing Journey Clothing's website must be reported within 3 days of receiving goods.

Healing Journey Clothing and Healing Journey music does not refund anyone who simply changes their mind about a purchase.

Healing Journey Clothing does not accept any liability or responsibility for goods returned without a “Return of Goods Authorisation Code” (RGAC) for any reason.

To receive an RGAC you must contact Healing Journey Clothing by email: healingjourneyclothing@gmail.com.

ALL returns must have an RGAC.

Goods that are returned will be inspected and may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

If the goods are returned due to a claim of postal damage or claimed to be faulty but found to be in good condition or any defects or damage were caused after the purchaser received the goods, the goods will be returned to the purchaser. The purchaser may also be invoiced for postage and processing fees payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

The Standard Warranty on products will NOT apply:

    If the product has not been operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or specifications provided with the product.


    To damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormal weather conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the product.

    Purchase and use of Music Content from HJM (Healing Journey Music):
     
    a. Product Requirements. You acknowledge that use of Products may require the use of other hardware and software products (e.g., the ability to make copies of Products on physical media and render performance of Products on authorized digital player devices), and that such hardware and software is your responsibility. Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and HJM shall be without liability to you in the event to any loss, destruction, or damage.
    b. Use of Products. You acknowledge that your use of the Products is limited to your own personal use and the Products shall not be commercially exploited by you in any way and is subject to HJM's Usage Rules which you hereby agreed to. Usage Rules are defined herein and as follows:
    End Users may use Music as follows, but, in all instances, for personal use only. End Users are not granted any commercial, sale, resale, reproduction, distribution, or promotional use right in the Music, including any rights for uses that require a synchronization or public performance license with respect to the underlying musical composition
    c. Your use of the Products is conditioned upon your prior acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
    d. You shall be authorized to use the Products only for personal, noncommercial use.
    Any burning or exporting capabilities are solely an accommodation to you and shall not constitute a grant or waiver ( or other limitation or implication) of any rights of the copyrights owners in any content, sound recording, underlying musical composition, or artwork embodied in any Product.
    The delivery of Products does not transfer to you any commercial or promotional use rights in the Products.
    e. You agree that your purchase of Products constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to use such Products solely in accordance with the Terms of Use, and that any other use of the Products may constitute a copyrights infringement.
    f. You acknowledge that some aspects of the Digital store and the purchase of Products, may entail the ongoing involvement of HJM. Accordingly, in the event that HJM changes any part of the Digital Store or discontinues the Digital Store, which HJM may do at its election, at any time, with or without notice to you, you acknowledge that you may no longer be able to use Products to the same extent as prior to such change or discontinuation, and that HJM shall have no liability to you in such case.
    g. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of management.
